Our new wraparound provision launches on 3 December. Existing arrangements remain in place until then.

 

A welcoming start and a safe harbour at the end of the school day.

From Thursday 3 December 2026, we're delighted to be relaunching our wraparound care provision with two new names inspired by our school identity.

Our clubs provide a welcoming, caring environment for children before and after school, helping families balance their daily commitments.

First Light Breakfast Club

7:30am – 8:30am | £3 per session

A welcoming start to the school day, with breakfast available until 8:15am.

Children must be brought to the main school gate and signed in by an adult.

Safe Harbour After School Club

Safe Harbour offers flexible sessions to suit families' needs.

Short Session	3:20pm - 4:15pm	£4
After-Club Session	4:15pm - 6:00pm	£6
Long Session	3:20pm - 6:00pm	£10

The Short Session includes fruit and a drink. The After Club and Long Sessions include a meal.

Booking and Payments

From 3 December 2026, bookings and payments will be managed through the Arbor Parent Portal.

• Sessions should normally be booked at least 24 hours in advance, with payment made at the time of booking.

• Emergency same-day bookings may be available by contacting the school office, subject to staffing and availability.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit.

• We accept card payments, childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare and direct debit.

Further information about accessing Arbor will be shared with families ahead of the launch.

Registration and Collection

All children must be registered before attending, with up-to-date emergency contact and medical information.

Please complete the registration form below and return to the main school office. 

Children attending Safe Harbour must be collected by an authorised adult. Our clubs close promptly at 6:00pm, and late collection charges apply.
