Our Governing Body
The Governing Body of St Saviour's Church of England Junior School plays an important role in supporting and challenging school leaders to ensure that every child receives the best possible education.
Working alongside the Headteacher, governors provide strategic leadership and oversight, helping to ensure that our school remains a safe, inclusive and nurturing Christian community in which children can belong, flourish, learn and lead.
The Governing Body has three core responsibilities:

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction.

Holding school leaders to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils.

Overseeing the effective and responsible use of the school's financial resources.
Our governors bring a range of skills, experiences and perspectives to their roles. They work together in the best interests of our children and the wider school community.
